How to give 2 or 3 menu permission to user[solved]

HI to all,
Can any one tell me how to give 2 or 3 menu permission to user.
Is it possible by code only be'z in user setup we can setup user upto 1 menu so when user can login it show directly one menu.
But i want to give 2 menu permission how to do that ??
