Navision Developers Toolkit - Default Options

Hi All,
I've got the latest DTK (the one that doesn't loop on using the "Where Used") but I can't quite get why the default on the "Where Used Options" isn't to have all checked.
If I change these, log out and back in, they are not retained so they don't appear to be part ofthe zup file preferences. I've looked on the SQL Server that this database is on and loaded the database into a V4 SP3 Client but still can't find anywhere to set this to default to "Look Everywhere".
Is this possible? or do I need to always change this setting when using this function?
