Just as an FYI...to my knowledge, 4.0 Update 05 was released (they removed the OPTION FAST) and Update 06 for 4.0 SP3 is coming out that will hopefully add a new syntax with the TOP operator.

You can get these by contacting Microsoft support through your existing VAR.
