Will NAS work with Win2K3???

For ADCS I have installed NAS,But someone tell me that how to set the parameters(I read from PDF that we need to set some parameters) ?

I think that it has to do something with command prompt,but what are the sequence of parameters that need to be set?

I was trying the installation from pdf only but was stuck at this point.
Now what to do?
