Nav Sp1 database on Sp2 Client

Helo guys,

One of our clients has recently moved to sql 2005. They are using SP1.
As you all know sp2 client can open a sp1 database. From your experience, are there any probmems if all clients connect with SP2.

OR it is okey if i convert the database to SP3 and objects remain on sp1?

Both options should be ok. You cando a runtime upgrade which is always advised to be best.

Runtime update should be recommanded but if you only need the optimization that are made for SQL 2005 ?

Of course there is also the posibility to connect using vista, wich is accesable only in SP3.
