webpage content into customer database

Hi.

I need to get data from a webpage.
We have a webpage that has customer database by customer's tax number and other personal data like name etc.
Is it possible to get this data to customer table (form) when inserting new customer.
On new customer form I'd like to enter Customer's Tax number, check this into webpage database and get other customer's data (name, address, etc) if exists to this customer form.

I hope I explained it right and sorry for my bad english.
