Data Port Batch Job

Hi,
I have to run Data ports for every 15 minutes automatically (with out interaction of user). After importing from a csv file, the csv file should be killed automatically.
The requirement is : At the clinet place ,we are importing the data in to navision through a csv file. but for every 15 minutes the client is going to give us a data from old system, which should be imported in to navision .
I have seen the Job scheduler Setup option in Administration Menu. I have tried to work through that. but I couldn't
Is there any way to run ?
