Creating Security

Thought I would see if anyone else has been through this and has any suggestions.

I'm currently creating security roles and permissions for a company with about 200 users. They are all SUPER at the moment *shudders*. We're gathering the "What do you do all day?" information from the different employees and recording the click by click processes that they do. I'm using the User Rights Tool to give permissions based on client monitor data and trying to expand on or limit the built in roles as much as possible.

Anyone have any suggestions? Useful tools? Anything to make life easier?

Yeah, I've looked around at the various downloads on mibuso and some other sites. Some helpful, some not as helpful. If anyone has tips on things to avoid doing or a process they followed that worked well that would be great.

I know setting up security isn't the toughest thing in the world, but doing it correctly takes a lot of time, so anything at all will be helpful I'm sure.
