G/L Entry Global Dim 1 Code is blank, Ledger Entry Dim OK?

I have a Customer who has set Code Mandatory for Global Dim 1 (BUSINESSUNIT). There is something strange happening where G/L Entry records are being created with blank Global Dimension 1 Codes even though the associated Ledger Entry Dimension records are created correctly.
Is this a standard bug? There have only been minor mods on this site, version is 4.0 SP2.

PLEASE don't double post.
this is a bug, Find where the gl entry orginated from and fix the journal line that gets posted.

Thanks Rashed, apologies for the double post, I posted in the wrong Forum and thought I could remove the original post. It would be useful if there was a facility to move Posts between Forums. :idea:
My guess would be that the entries are originating in Codeunit 12. Are you aware of this as a bug?

find out where the journal was created and fix that code. CU 12 is not the place that journal lines get created.
