A problem about typing Chinese character incorrectly

Hello everyone:
Now I faced a problem abount typing Chinese character incorrectly.
.When i type Chinese characters in Navision (Text field,such as Description),many characters and words do work, but that some do not.
For example:I want to input 员工, but we get 员?(Strange code).
The issue started to occur when we updated our client to 4.0 sp3 and moved our 3.7B db objects to SQL server 2005,Our DB is still 3.7B.
What i can do to resolve this problem
Any hint will be helpful
