Windows 2000 Service Pack and Axapta

Hello,
I'm new to a company using Axapta since almost a year.
Now I installed Windows 2000 Service Pack 4 and installed .NET-Framework 1.1 on a client-PC.
Since then a button in Axapta vanished (in CRM-Module, Documents, Button: smmDrop2.smmDropWin).
Do you know of any issues with Axapta and Win2000 SP4 or .NET Framework?
I just thougt of the more strict security policy of .NET, but changing security in LAN-Zone to full trustworthy didn't help.
Do you have any ideas.
