Error Message when Logon: Failed to create user session

Hi All,

I have a really bad error message and can not find any solution. Please help me! :oops:

When I logon with my Dynamics-AX 4.0SP1 client to the AOS server I get the error: "Failed to create user session on this server".
The user is AX Admin into the Dynamics-AX application and is local admin on his laptop.

The customer is working with a AOS Server, a seperate SQL 2005 Server and a seperate File server for the Application. Additional we have installed the Enterpise Portal with WSS on a seperate server.

Please can you brainstorm with me about his matter?! #-o

It is very bizarre. Could you let us know the following please -

- Did you upgrade the installation to SP1 or
- Is this a new installation?
