Does someone know what are the IOPS and disk subsystems latency reccomended for Dynamics NAV 4.0 SQL option ?

As low (latency) or high (IOPS) as possible, no other recommendation... 8)

Agree with you but limits need to exists. How do I know that a disk subsystem is good or not ?

There are no limits because there is no definition what it is "good" or "bad". And there is no definition of type of usage for these limits...
You can specify limits when you have specification of usage and specification of "good" or "bad". Else you can just assume if it will be ok or not...
One configuration can be bad for one style of usage of the system and can be good for another one (e.g. users just reading, users mainly writing etc.)

You can specify limits when you have specification of usage and specification of "good" or "bad". Else you can just assume if it will be ok or not...
