Question on Filtering ?

It's a silly question. But I can' get it working, so I need your help.

I have a lot of records in a table with ?(yes, question mark) as the value in one of the fields. How do I filter those records? I tried ?,'?',"?" but none of them work. I know ? is a wild card symbol so may be that is why but there has to be a way to filter anything, may be I am wrong.

show those with a ? or without?

One of my colleague figured it out and thanks goes to him.

You put a range like ?..? on the filter that will give you all ? records.
