Not clear about what you are actually trying to acheive...do you want to make a transaction in Navision and the same will take effect in the bank account(as of right now external) by means of some connection with the bank?? Or say you want to make a transaction for withdrawl of money from bank and show the same in the accounts or COA??
For any queries you can also visit my blog site: http://msnavarena.blogspot.com/

Thank you,
As far as I know, this isn't possible. You can have the bank details information but I have never found anywhere where to insert the username and password for the bank
In NZ we use an add-on by Tectura to handle Electronic Funds Transfers. In this when an payment journal is created it is possible to export a file to upload into the banking system to instruct the bank to make payments.
I guess a lot of it would depend on how 'real time' you wanted it. If your happy, and able, to load a file to the banking software then creating routines to export teh file based on journals should be fairly easy but would require the user to load the file and process in the banking software.
If you want everythign to happen seamlessly then you would need to add in security so that only specified users could effect the bank, and you would need to find out what the interface to the bank is like so that the correct automation calls could be made.
You'd need to work closely with both your MBS partner and the bank to ensure everything ran smoothly.
Personnally I'd be more likely to try the first method and have NAV create a file that could be loaded to the bank, its much easier and potentially safer as to load the file the user would need the banking software and the user name and password to the accounts.
