I need to print product serial numbers in several documents.
To do so I tried to discover how does Item Tracking Lines works. I was unlucky...
Can anybody help me? How can I get the serial numbers associated with a product from an order, an invoice, etc..

Boas,
in version 3.6 you can use the Serial and Lot Numbers fields in the "Item Ledger Entry" table (32).
this information can also be in the tables 336..338 but I believe that the information that you require is directly in table 32.

To get the Serial Nos or Lot Nos in orders ( non posted doc) you get them from Reservation Entry table 337filtered by source no, source subtype, source id and source ref no.And for posted documents you get them from Item Ledger Entry.
hope this helps....LR0 -
After examining the table "Item Ledger Entry" 32, I realized that the "Document No." column for Items belonging to a Purchase Credit Memo I created, has the number of the Purchase Posted Return Shipment that Navision generates automaticaly. How can I relate all this data? How can I associate the Return Shipment with the Credit Memo?Regards,

Be aware that there are significant issue with 3.6 in the Item Tracking department. Throughout the NSC realm it is generally considered to not work in version 3.6. The soulution that is typically recommended is to upgrade to 3.7 should you need this functionality.
My 2 cents...0
