Error Message in Report 120 Aged Acounts Receiveable

Dear all,

I noticed that there is an error message in Report 120

[The date formula "-" should include a number]

This error due to I left the PERIOD LENGTH blank.

My vendor told me this is Navision Standard Error Message.

But why this message? If period length is mandatory, why not fixed it
mandatory field instead of this can not be understood message?

If I key in the wrong period format, it should prompt me error like
"Period Length format is wrong....." or something more informative.

Because this is error of CALCDATE function when the first parameter is not correct in syntax and the value passed to this function is not tested before it. And it just add the minus before the formula entered by user to shift the date back. Enter 0D and it will work. Not everytime all possibilities are checked...
