Anyone knows Purchase Receipt No. reflects in how many tables?

I suggest you use the Navision Developer's Toolkit "Where Used" functionality to see it for yourself...
I could tell you but you might have customizations that I don't have...

Navigate the document, it will show the related table. Posted Document dimension is another table. No series line table for the last number used.
