Changing company logo on Stylesheets

I am trying to change the company logo on the vendor card export to word. I have followed the instructions as explained in the XML Stylesheet Whitepaper but this does not seem to work, I get a blank picture once i import the new stylesheet and try and run it again. There doesnt seem to be any spaces issues ect.

check if all needed tags was copied and just them, nothing more. It seems like some syntax problem.0
