Integration of "Open Source" Products like OpenOff

Hello,
does anybody have experience with the integration of open source products like Open Office, Open Word...?

More and more of our customers use OpenSource Products instead of
Microsoft Office, so they want to connect and handle those
products with MBS-Navision.

How is the way you react to your customers if he faces you with a similar
issue?

i haven't got any experience with OOo and MBS Navision integration, but i used OOo from Delphi.
OOo is useable like any standard OLE Automation srv. Download the OOo sdk, there's some examples.
anyway, i don't know how to use automation objects from Navision (yet).

I have got some experiences with czech release of OpenOffice (minor version 3) but I did not tried to connect via C/ODBC to Navision. But I think, if OO is ODBC enabled (and I am sure, that it is), then you can use C/ODBC driver and OO Writer or OO Calc.
