Branch Wise Security Filter

Dear All,
I have to introduce Branch wise security everywhere, Say Purchase Order. If I am giving the security filter(Nav 4.0SP1 & SQL 2003 DB) then everything is correct. But I also want to show only the filered branch (Global DImension1) in other fields also like Branch Code and Buy From Vendor No. but in this case it is not working. While Applying security filter on Vendor->Short. Dim1 then Read Permission error comes and if removed everythign works but vendors of all branches are beging shoen up...Please suggest what should I take care of. It is very urgent for me.
