Upgrade from Navision 3.7 to 4.0SP3

How to handle Cheque No, cheque Date,Import Document,Export Document,Issuing Bank,Charge Type Fields from Navision 3.7 to 4.0SP3 As these fields are not available in sp3 morever if on custimization there is problem in data migration?As these fileds are used in Reports not used in any other objects.

Related to your post-long-time-ago, I've a plan for upgrading from Navision 3.7B to Navision 4.0. And I'm curious about the issues you have.
May I know your Navision, is it native version?
My version is SQL version.
