How to import xlsheets in data port fields=name,account type,income/balance, datatype will be g/l account how?

    Hello and welcome,

    Dataports read txt files.

    Save the xlsheets to txt (i.e. tab delimited) and use that txt to import with a properly build dataport.

    If it is your first dataport then you should study the w1w1adg.pdf (Application Designer's Guid) from the Doc directory in the product cd. There a chapter about dataports there...

    I guess it worked... (by using csv)

    In case the problem is solved, then put [Solved] at the beginning of the subject of your first post so that other users can see that this post is closed...
