Does anybody know if developer's Toolkit 2.0 SP3 works with Dynamics NAV 5.0??
I want to use it and it would be useful your help.

I have been using it, but only in a limited manner to look for code or compare things and it is working fine for me. Be sure to create the toolkit database in NAV ver 4 Once that has been done and you run devtoolkit you can import your NAV 5 objects.
