I have setup the mail logging facility as specified in the White paper and have also setup a rule in outlook to copy the mail from a specific mail address into the public folder/Queue folder(I am not using NAS)
I would like to know whether Navision 3.60 retrieves the mail by itself from this queue folder ?

where & how can we see these mail?

Another related problem is that when I send a mail to a contact,this interaction is logged in the interaction log entries but when we click on the Show button , nothing happens (the mail does not have an attachment).
I have done the e-mail logging setup in Relationship Management Setup and have also specified the the outlook integration for the Salesperson Alice Hart ( I am using Cronus db).
This is my first post on this forum , so a reply will help me in being more active member
Also do let me know about the codeunits invloved in this.
