Upgrade Navision 3.7 or 3.1 to Navision 4.0

There a customer wants to upgrade Navision 3.7 to Navision 4.0. there are customization s objects. How can I upgrade Navision. Did any body have a documents. or any body done this. Plz give me the procedures to upgrade navision without any problems.

firtsly export the customised objects in a text file of 3.7 database(old database) and export all those related objects in a text file of 4.0 database.then compare them with the help of compare it software

i am migrating the data from 3.7 to 4.0 sp3 database in 1 table there 4 fields (base fields) but they r not in the 4.0 SP3 database table.now u tell me that how the data of these fields will be migrate and tell me that while migrating the data the compiler matches the field names or field ID.
