navision 4.0 sp3

hello friends,
we are abour to start a new project and we have started nav 4 sp3.
when i installed the s/w, i found many of updates are not there, like there was hotfix release in mid march regarding new cess, like feature of gate entry and excise reporting are not there.... which i was expecting.
what should i do, should i execute the hotfix in our system. i have done it in local, its working fine.
we are using sql 2005 as backend.
pls suggest
