It contains a lot of examples of DLL function calls

I am sorry for the late reply i have just seen your question.
u can include dll with axapta by running a com class wizard which is located in tools >development>wizards.
By running that you can see all the dlls which are already registerd.
If your dll didnot registerd yet you can regiter that by browse option ,which is available there at bottom
