MSMQ & NAVISION:insufficient resources to perform operat

I am using the webservice to communicate with Navision. When I was trying to export a xmlport which is bigger than 4M, I always got the Error:
This message is for C/AL programmers: The call to member Send failed. MSMQMessage returned the following message: There are insufficient resources to perform this operation.
Anyone can help?

Were you able to resolve this?
I am getting the same message intermittently. It was working for the past 11 months and no changes have been made to the server. Its MSMQ 3.0 with Windows Server 2003 Non Transactional Queues.
