i need to copy an exact design from one database

how can i copy an exact window with calculations to another database?
here's how far i've got:
1.open the window that shows data.
2.do 'tools' 'design' and then see what i need for the sick database.
ALL of the window needs to be copy to the other database.

Hi,

Just use Ctrl+C to copy and Ctrl+V to Paste. As long as all the variables are defined in the other database you should have any problem copying and pasting the form.

I could be I misunderstood your question, if so... Don't pay attention!

If you want a complete form (or any other object) transfered to an other database you can export the object as a fob or txt file and import it again in the new database.

Be aware that if the object already exists in the new database, it will be overwritten.

Goto object designer, select the objects you want to export, choose file, choose export.
