MBA for Axapta Functional Consultant

I am an Certified Axapta functional Consultant in Trade and Logistics with 6 years of Domain Knowledge in sales and Distribution Arena and 1.5 years in IT industry.My educational qualification is B.com Graduate. I want to add some professional Degree to my qualification, for which I think MBA is an good option. But not able to select the right course, or should I go for certificate course or project management course. Can anyone suggest which option is good-- MBA then in which or if not which other course.
