I am creating a report of Pending Items. I have called all the fields from the item table but "Despatch Quantity" from item ledger table.
How to call this "Despatch Quantity" Or, how to relate the table in the designer when i have declared Item and Item Ledger Entry in the data items

You are asking for some basic functionality that is difficult to explain using a forum and is described in the manuals.
Another possibility is to look at other reports in NAV and reuse those.
