Is it possible to debug only particular function in a codeunit.If yes how it can be done

Starting from 3.7 you can add a breakpoint in the C/AL editor using [F9]and start debugging from there.

I am using Navision-4 with sp2 and how can place a break point during debugging

You can set (and remove) a breakpoint by pressing F9 in the C/AL editor or in the debugger. Make sure you disable all breakpoints before you deliver an object.
