Ik kan nog steeds geen interactie opslaan in Navision! Wel als ik outlook afsluit, maar dit vergeet ik regelmatig, waardoor de mail wel verzonden wordt, maar niet opgeslagen wordt. Weten jullie hoe ik moet oplossen?

Wat bedoel je eigenlijk ?
Er bestaat een integratie met Outlook (exchange) en NAV. Op partnersource vind je er een whitepaper over:
'Outlook Integration White Paper for Microsoft Dynamics NAV 4.0'
Deze koppeling maakt gebruik van de NAS met de parameter MAILLOG. De parameterisatie is vrij eenvoudig op te zetten en werkt goed.
