NAS and display window

Hey,

I have to read data into Navision from another system.
It will be handled via NAS and I am considering using a dataport to do the actual import of a file.

Now, I don't want the display window to show from the dataport as it will ruin the NAS.

So I was thinking of using the property of the dataport called ShowStatus to make sure that the display window doesn't show.
However, someone has told me that the display window still shows. However, I am not sure if NAS or something else (the way the dataport is triggered) has an effect on the property.

Has anyone come across this situation, that ShowStatus has been set to No and still shows the display window?

To my knowledge, dataports cannot be used with NAS.

I know that
I will call a codeunit that then calls a setup where I setup a specific dataport. That will work

Even calling a dataport from a codeunit I think it won’t work.
One option it's to use XMLPorts.

Yes, you cannot use object of type dataport in NAS (documentation is wrong in this point).

And they haven't fixed the documentation since 3.7 was released.
