Communication error (10131)

I installed EP in navision. but when I click in the web page MODIFY SHARED WEB PAGE i got the communication error in tht page. How to resolve this problem???

HI

I am facing the same error when I click on modified shared web part. It shows me error

Communication error (10131): Cannot retrieve backend public key.

I login into NAS with localadmin

virtual server I created with different login.

This can be a reason for the error.

have you already created the backend public key in NAV?
Have you then restarted the NAS?
