The Navision optimize feature ensures that tables in your Navision database are trimmed. This means that superfluous and unnecessary spaces are removed. Additionally, the search pattern in the tables is optimized. After each executed task, you can let the Table Optimizer send a status report to the system administrator via email or SMS.
