Quality management / complaint management

Hi,

is there an add-in for Financials supporting ISO9000 quality management systems (QMS). I'm looking especially for something
to trace complaints concerning vendor deliveries and complaints on the part of the customer. This figures are needed
to rate the vendors or to find out customer satisfaction.
Is someone using/developing such an add-in ? Or are there
interfaces to existing external solutions ?
