open your table in design mode
now go to the blank line in ur table designer open properties for this blank line, there is a property LookupFormID. enter ur list form id here or (5201-Employeelist)
now go to ur main form where u want to provide find option
place a menu button in the form, right click on the button and click on menu item
on the
1- option (write-List)
2- ShortCutKey - F5
3- Action - LookUpTable
u r done
now when u run the form and press F5 then the list form will be open for uWith thanks
