licence problem and panel permission problem.

Dear Guys,
Last week we changed the authentication from database server to windows.then we use the same id and pass to open OS and Navision.

but now we have 2 problems:
1, every time before login navision,this is a warning about licence,and change it or import it .next time,this warning again.
2,every domain user who use navision can see all the departments' modules.
i have changed the "assign users" in navision panel designer,and gave the right user the right permission.but this warning still exsite.
who can tell me the reason?

Are you sure, that you have correct license on your server? Are you using Native server or MS SQL? If SQL, did you upload correct license to it?
