How to create and instaniate automation server

Hi all;
I have a problem about Outlook synchronization. When Navision start, system asks "Do you want to syncronize" afterwars I click YES and I see the following error.
This message is for C/AL programmers:
This Automation variable has not been instantiaed.
You can instantiate it by either creating or assigning it.
How can I solve this problem, thanks for your help. ](*,)

And have you checked if there a fix for it.0 -
Did you create the Required Automation object in your code (CREATE function)?0

May be that you didn't installed the DLL for Outlook integration when installing NAV client...
