HELP!!- Navision App Server + Email logging via MSExchange

Dear All,

We have navision app server running here. the service is running with the login credentials equivalent to an account on the exchange.

we receive a warning msg in the event viewer :

"The combination of user ID and password entered is invalid. Try again."

could anybody tell me what's goin wrong here? Im sure the credentials are correct.

Are you sure, that the account used by NAS is entered in NAV in Windows Users table?

Open Nav and open menu "Tools - Security - Windows Logins". The account must be there and must have assigned role (e.g. SUPER).
