This book describes the working day for a number of different job profiles using Microsoft Dynamics CRM and explains the benefits of CRM for the individual employee.
Even though the same system is used, a working day can be quite different for the different job profiles as Microsoft Dynamics CRM can be customized for individual job functions and for the way the individual works.
The book combines the individual employee profile’s working day with the use of Microsoft Dynamics CRM. It also inspires with case studies of how other companies successfully introduced Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
