In the security definition, you can define access to "system" objects, that are everything the user could access by the menus.0

In the permissions of that paticular user set Property For read, insert, modify, delete, execute to "NO". for system Id:5210.Aman Kumar Gupta0 -
Hi,
Rights are additive in NAV. This means that if you have a few roles giving an access rigths to particular object, and user has few roles attached, you have to remove access rights to this object from *all* of roles.

1.Create a new role "No-OD" and give it all the Permissions except system id:5210
2.Assign this role to that particular UserRegards,
