Hi
I have a customer who has several users with the same issue. If they leave a PC or a laptop with Navision client running idle. (At main menu without any funtions running), they do find that they have a grey out blank screen. The user are on Version 4.0 SP2, SQL.
We cannot replicate the issue in our environment. Does anybody have any idea how to troubleshoot this issue?

Do they still have the toolbar screen then if so they will need to press Alt+F1

Nothing works when the user gets the grey out screen. The only solution is open Task Manager and kill the program but this is getting frustrating to the user.
Have the same problem myself and havent been able to get around it yet....
