problems with warehouse entries

Hello,
We have recently upgraded from NAV 2.60 to 4.01. The problem is that after the upgrade, I don't find all the warehouse entries for the invoices.
Example: for a purchase invoice, I have 26 Item Ledger Entries but only 11 Warehouse Entries with Negative adjustment!!!
can you help me please?
