How to integrate navision to send sms

Dear all,
i have register to one of the sms provider to send sms from site he has given me the url code through which i can send the sms, url is

http://api.xyz.com/post/sandbox.asp?use ... 7&flash=no

this url contains 5 prameters, i have created a form which accepts these 5 parameters from user & on click button i want sms to be send.
How will i integrate the navision to run this url.

Firstly Thanks a Ton.

The code is running smoothly but whenever the message is sent browser is opend and sucess message is displayed but i want browser should not pop up but what ever message it is displaying should be displayed in the message box, or i should be able to store it in a variable.
like GetResponse() function iv .Net..
