Language problem

hi,

navision is installed on our server where the language is French.
one of our affiliates, which is the czech republic will be using navision.

I was just wondering, if czech users will be able to input their special characters on navision??

if not, should i change language for non-unicode programs on my server to czech??

or is there any workaround??
