Chaning the Encoding on XMLPort

Hi,
I would like to know how can we change the encoding on an XML port when we are exporting a document.
I've searched the forum with no luck so far.

In download section there is a tool, to help you. You change encoding.0

No help! The app apparently doesn't do nothing to the file with the encodings I'm trying to use (UTF-16 to ISO-8859-1).
And the xmlport only allows UTF-8 and UTF-16!

It converts file encoding, but doesn’t change XML Header. Probably in a future version I will support to change XML header also. But if you notice file encoding was changed.0
