Error when trying to Alter a Database

Hi Everybody,
I was trying to expand a database when i encounterd this error ' you cannot enter 2147483648 in integer. the curser is in front of an invalid
character. my database in sitting on SQL 2005.
I later created another database, restored but the error was still there. i tried all the possible solutions i could think of.Can any one please help me find a solution to this?

1) Which versions you are using?
2) You need to have NAV 4.00SP2+rollup or SP3 to not have problems with MS SQL 2005 (your problem is one from known bugs in older versions of NAV 4.00)
3) It is not possible to use Unlimited on Transaction log on MS SQL 20050 -
It's a know but in SQL Server 2005 with Navision 4.0 SP20
